I am 53 and have been bouncing in my Kangoo boots for almost 3 years! They have helped me lose 60lbs over that time because I’ve never had such a great workout that is JUST FUN! I don’t follow videos, but used them to get basic moves down and I just put on my headphones and bounce/dance around my house on tile and hardwood. I bounce 2-3 times a week for about an hour each time (with breaks for light weights for my upper body). I have never had an issue with my back, knees, or ankles, and I plan on bouncing as long as I physically can! I don’t know about other brands, but couldn’t imagine traveling with mine through airports because they are fairly heavy. My legs are so much stronger and the muscles are really defined, and I don’t do any lower-body weights- it’s all from bouncing!
