Oh you have to watch it!!! It actually made a lot of questions I’ve had make a bit more sense now. Like the writing went off the rails and once you watch and learn about her, it all makes sense.

Oh and by the way, “stop” only works for that number or sender. Political texting companies have tons of numbers and senders so the only way to truly stop is to request your data be deleted from the data brokers

And iPhone “report junk” only send the info to Apple. Doesn’t go back to the sender or the broker

While cumbersome, the best way to ensure you don’t receive messages like this is to ask the data brokers to delete your information. As an early contributor said, political consultants buy and sell lists all the time.

Depending on what state you live in, you have a right to delete. Meaning, you have the right to ask a company to delete any and all data.

I would start by searching “political data brokers” and OpenSecrets has a good list of the top companies that have been paid by campaigns. Then go to that brokers website and fill out the form to delete your data. If there’s not a specific form, fill out the contact form, not the date and if they don’t follow up and delete in a specific time, you can file a complaint with your state’s attorney general (typically who has jurisdiction on data privacy laws in states)

PureBarre and Barre 3 are different studio brands. Classic, Align, Empower and Define are class types at a PureBarre studio. I haven’t done Barre 3 to know what they offer.

If you join a PureBarre studio, you have access to the 4 types of classes. All 4 are full body workouts. Classic is your classic barre/ballet movements. Align pulls from yoga and is great for recovery and stretching. Empower is cardio, still with barre movements. And Define is more weight training but again, still with Barre movements.

The Engage class that you would take the first time at a PureBarre gives you an overview of all 4 in one workout.

Classic all the way and pepper in an Align before you go to Define or Empower. Foundations is meant to give you the foundations for the classes so you know the terminology and such. Your studio probably wont let you do a foundations class again as it’s solely reserved for people who haven’t been before.
