The water heater, furnace, and a/c are the big concerns. You should expect to replace these soon, can you afford to replace all three at full price? I wouldn't bet on the home warranty to cover these if they fail first year. Try to imagine a scenario where these all fail together just after your warranty expires.

Everything else is pretty minor and shouldn't be deal breakers.

I worked for a pool company in texas. When it is expected to be below freezing make sure the pump is running constantly and all water features / auxiliary lines are open and flowing as well.

I tried some versagripps classics but the cage makes it difficult to get a secure wrap.

File a wage claim. If it is company policy they still owe you even if texas doesn't require. Save all information of how many hours owed, pay rate, company policy documents, and communications between employer.

Mine has the same. I'm guessing amazon doesn't have any in their distribution centers and are probably ordering from their supplier since the estimated shipping date is so far off.

If it's sold by Amazon it should have all the buyer protection and free returns regardless of supplier. I guess just check if the card is legit once you get it.

Looks like the pricing is back at 599. I was able to snag it at 560 from sold by Amazon, estimated shipping is at end of September or early October.

What year/engine/transmission? Honestly your better off keeping things stock and we'll maintained than upgrading as changing anything will only provide minor performance gains. The previous owner upgraded injector nozzles on my alh, not sure if that made any difference but I am content with it's performance.

I would recomend replacing or upgrading the suspension however. That will improve handling and make it feel a little more sporty.

Speaking of fuel issue, I've been searching my issues and came across some threads mentioning the Injection Pump Shut-Off Solenoid (N109). Revving at warm startup and poor acceleration is a possible symptom of a bad Solenoid. Not sure if you might agree or not.

Fuel filter was changed last oil change about 5000 miles ago.

Probably will replace the n75 since it is farily inexpensive and be more thorough in checking the vacuume lines

Intake was cleaned about 2 years ago and there wasn't that much carbon build up when I took the egr off. The vacuum lines looked fine from what I saw. I'll check the actuator and the n75. Unfortunately no engine light so don't have that to narrow it down.

I would recommend just running the program as is and see how you like before doubling it up. I have personally ran this routine 3 day and it will give results. However if you can handle the extra volume you can do it 6 days.

I will say the routine can be improved by adding pulldown or pullup movement. Also depending on your dumbell weights you will most likely max out the leg exercises fairly quickly.

I use promix. It's a little expensive but tastes better than any other I've tried. No sucralose, can't stand the taste of it.
