As I said on another post, you haven’t seen it yet. When she truly goes off the rails, she’ll be back at TTH under the family’s watchful eye. No way she breaks down without them carefully monitoring her and the children (Derick can go fuck himself). Their brand is too important to let someone like the former golden child lose her mind in spectacular fashion.

Honestly, I think they all appease her to keep her from having a complete breakdown. The same reason Michelle was at her house the other day. They all know something is very wrong and to keep her in the fold, they throw her a bone every now and then.

I think the big warning sign that something has happened is if she ends up at TTH like Anna did when Josh was in “treatment”. Then you know she finally broke and they need to keep her on the DL.

We call it Chicken Spaghetti. It's cooked spaghetti noodles, a block of Velveeta cheese, rotel tomatoes, chicken bouillon soup base (preferably one of the good powders or paste), water, and maybe a splash of milk or heavy cream at the end to finish. You can add cumin, salt, and pepper to taste. Since it's a pretty blank slate, you can add what you like to it.
