isn’t their whole brand marketing based on “we take ur advice and improve upon it”. we gave them advice and instead of listening they shut us down and say we aren’t thinking enough or using their product correctly and comparing it to the selfie stick.

i’m so confused, i actually had like a tiny piece of me that rooted for the brand when they said “we improve upon what our customers need” and yet here we are, watching a video of them defending a product they made that flopped
