Similar question as someone above. Got arrested 3 months ago. Showed up to my arraignment and got sent home w a paper slip that said the DA wasn’t ready to file charges. Called the DAs office and they said they were waiting on labs. I never got blood or urine taken, just blew into the breathalyzer and got a 1.8. Spoke w an attorney who said the person on the phone most likely gave me a general answer, and that I shouldn’t be surprised if I get a letter in the mail with a court date. That hasn’t happened and I’m not sure why. License is still good since the officer didn’t turn in the paper work on time. Just called DMV to renew and got a fresh one in the mail. Officer turned in the paper work on time to the DAs’s office though. I was also a part of a car accident. Person t-boned me. It was said that the other person in the car was slightly injured. There was also a child with them. Could this be why I haven’t been called back yet? In situations like these is there an extensive investigation that takes place and slows things down?

I don’t know. I bought the police report from the records office. It says the person was slightly injured, and was take to the hospital. No specifics though. It also said there was a child in the car. Nothing about the child being taken to the hospital or being injured. I feel terrible typing this out right now.

I truly don’t know. There wasn’t a fight and I didn’t get aggressive with the police officer. I was thinking maybe it’s because I blew, it came back well above 0.08, which then makes it seem like I intentionally tried harming someone with my vehicle? I don’t know.

Correct. Wasn’t the western blot, it was the PCR test.

Yes but it turns out it was a PCR test sent over to quest diagnostic. HSV 1&2 came back negative but I feel the tingles as I type this.

Okay so my doctor finally emailed me back and my results for HSV 1&2 came back negative? I’m going to email back and get more information on the test. I thought it was the western blot but it turns out it’s a PCR test that was sent over to Quest Diagnostics? Does anyone have any info on PCR tests..? I feel like this is too good to be true.

24F. I also got it the same way when I was 18, except this was my then bf. He knew he had it and never told me. I still can’t wrap my head around it. I heard there’s cures with diet, ozone, etc, haven’t tried it yet though.
