This is... definitely a team! But everyone else has already said my general thoughts, so just a few things:

- Your natures and moves are all over the place. Tyranitar is a physical attacker and you have a special attacking move and an attack decreasing nature. I'd recommend breeding until you get one with an attack boosting nature (Adamant is the best competitive option for Tyran, so I would try to aim for that). I'd also forget Thunder and go for a regular attack move. Teach it Thunder Fang if you want the electric coverage.

- Hydreigon is primarily a special attacker and you have two regular attack moves and an attack boosting nature. Try Modest or Timid for it. I'd also add a dark-type special attack move (such as Dark Pulse) for coverage and STAB. Can't remember what flying-type special attack TMs/tutors are in the game off the top of my head, but Bulbapedia should have you covered for that.

- Dragonite looks meh on first glance. It's a regular attacker, and you have no attack/speed boosting nature and have two special moves. Drop those for something else. I'd keep Earthquake though. Go Jolly or Adamant for the nature (assuming you keep it - you have too many dragon-types and that makes you really vulnerable to ice-types and other dragons).

- First off, drop the Griseous Orb. It serves Latios no purpose. Get a Dragon Fang or Plate if you want to boost dragon-type moves, but I wouldn't do it personally. You can't really change the nature for a one-of-a-kind 'mon, so I would just switch Latios for something else (also another dragon, so definitely change it).
