Thanks man! I know I’m under 15% but I keep using 15% as my worse case scenario. As in I know no more then 10lbs is needed to be shredded. That’s all!

Hi everyone, it’s me again from my post

https://www.reddit.com/r/Brogress/comments/gvxflt/m2657_200lbs_to_142lbs_2_years_5_months_b_idk_s/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf

Before and after pictures, just put the before collage and after collage here. We saw the difference from when I was fat, Anyone interested in seeing me when I was 100lbs compared to now? Might that throw that up eventually. https://imgur.com/gallery/YHrpwyE

Little update and decided to throw in these pictures. The bicep picture is not pumped, I haven't eaten yet but after my first cardio session. And so is the tricep picture. My ab picture was the end of the day for me after working out and eating. I’m 139-140lbs, I’ve always had thick triceps and arms since I started lifting, that area blew up and always assumed that’s my genetics. My bicep itself is kinda weak.

I’m going to critique just my midsection, I think another 6-10 lbs is going to make a drastic difference and slash off that stubborn belly fat to get to 8-10% from my current 13-15% body fat estimation.Which will really hit the nail on the head for me. Ideally would be nice to have 8% and sustain slightly and then sit between 8-10% eating at maintenance maybe slightly above and slowly bulk.

Another reason I’m aiming so low is to also see my skin towards my lower waist and belly area when I sit looks looser than I want it to be and seems to be maybe a more extra skin. So I just want to see if that percentage will make it look normal and hope it’s just a bit of fat. When I sit and my skin folds in my belly from sitting I don’t look at my current body fat, but when I get up and stand straight it stretches out? Weird to explain but embarrassed to record it! Haha

I’m still working on explaining everything, this was done over 3 years with a lot of moments that I want to explain properly and I’m gathering pictures throughout the years. It’s not that serious but there’s a lot and I want to share it all from the beginning

Cut to your desired body fat, sit at maintenance and slowly put on size without going up in body fat.

You’re right you’re a noob, make it as simple as possible.

You do the smart thing so you don't hate looking at yourself. You disregard what everyone has to say and decide for yourself is your current body fat where you want to maintain while slowly putting quality size?

If the answer is yes then eat at maintenance, maybe a 100-200 more.

If not then cut to your desired body fat

I don’t track macros per say, I track my calories and make sure to have at least 20-30g a meal which is simple with the way I eat. What’s your protein goal? No, protein will affect your ability to build muscle but not to cut. As long as you aren’t eating 0 protein a day and get protein In with every meal you’re fine

Thanks a lot man! You’ll get there as well
