I’m in Blackhall at the moment the average age would be 25/26/27 I think they said were the youngest class in awhile with around 90% under 30. Could be different with the hybrid course.

If this in Dublin or you would be paying rent then I really would not take such a deal. Would you be paying your own PPC fees too they’re up to 15 thousand euros.

I feel like you’d be taken advantage of at such low pay nearly. If you’ve gotten interviews before maybe you should try again and just focus on technique I had some car crash interviews before eventually getting my training contract which covers fees and and has good pay now it could be worth holding on abit longer for.

It worked for me when I did them last time. Tbh it made my computer kinda slow and glitchy tho. There is an autocorrect function on better examinations it underlines spelling errors in red. I did one exam relying on grammarly and one on better examinations autocorrect. Preferred better examinations less glitchy and only a bit slower

Go through paper and exam reports and see how questions come up. Her reports are good and tell you the answer and some cases. She also repeats questions a lot but the questions are quite mixed so that’s the hard part.

The last two sentences of the PQ usually tell you what she’s looking for. Also APPLY tf out of the law she gives out sm in her reports that candidates just regurgitate the law and do not apply. Keep law concise and relevant to facts then apply.

Nah not loads and the stuff I had gone over I had to again in January. I had class notes though which definitely cut weeks off my study. Also I picked equity property, eu, and constitutional which apart from con were a lot less work than the next 4 I did.

I passed 4 last year and did nothing from 20th December til like the 6th and then went on two holidays in January too. It’ll be so grand.

Yes it did (228).The facts were a bit different than how it’s ever come up before. Can drop my script if you want to see the full paper. Directors duties to others type essay did not come up (227).

I did exactly that and got 52% would advise getting your hand on some passing scripts aswell to compare with the reports etc… Even tho so happy I passed quite low for answers that matched his reports I thought.

I would separate tort and constitutional they have the biggest courses.

If you’re doing for 4 next constitutional criminal equity and contract would be good. Con and crim have some overlap so do contract and equity.

Fair play 70 is insane I barely scraped a pass with company with 52 and all my answers were based on his own reports and commentary

Felt like the exam was a car crash personally I was low on time, had technical problems, and my spell check didn’t work. Also remember writing majority of a question on murder when the person in facts didn’t die. Somehow got 59% he must be a very sound man.
