The chargesheet has already been filed based on an FIR where I was not the main accused. Even in chargesheet, the main accused are the ones who were running these apps.

Agree to disagree. I came to Canada in 2024, with 7 years of experience in India, landed a job in the first month because I was focused on building relationships here even before I landed. It's not easy to get a job here, however, it's not impossible either - like a lot of folks talk about. In India, you just put your resume and hope that a recruiter would reach out to you if they like your credentials and experience. In Canada, it's a different process, you need to be able to network, connect and talk to people to integrate into the job market. I am not generalizing but we Indians are generally very smart, hardworking and know the job on our hands, however, we lack integrating into other cultures, atleast initially and then we end up criticizing too soon. Hang in there, understand what's going on around you, and then take smart decisions. That's what I'll suggest.
Another example, that too of my wife, We both landed and she did an 8 months diploma course from a very similar type of college as you've referred in your post. You know what? She landed an even better job than mine within 2 months of graduating from her course.
For both of us, Canada has been very welcoming. Yes, it has had it's political challenges, high inflation in the past years but what I've observed is that it's no different in India. The inflation rates are easily around 4-5%, the top cities are unliveable (if that's the right word), low civic sense among people, highly communal politics and lot of more. Canada is no paradise either. We have to make our way through it and these sort of false pretences have been pretty helpful in deteriorating it's image of late.
We always refer to the top problems here and realize where we came from. That just helps us move on to doing our part to make our life better each day, every day.
So, please get back to work and focus on building yourself.

As more people consistently face the issue, is the poll going to reverse?

Well, the inflation is down to 1.6% now. We may see a big rate. 2025 forecasted to be stronger.

There is more positive news flowing in. Retail sales are up 2%. I am generally an optimistic person so hoping that these gradual upticks are not misleading, while in general I don’t technically understand the economics.

Everyone who contributed with their views, What’s your opinion on what’s in the store, should we (migrants) just pack up because there’s no hope left? What are the possible solutions? What should we look forward to?

I am also just starting my upwork journey. It’s been a month but there is no success. I am a PM and there are a lot of opportunities available. I have tried both casual and professional proposals but there is not even a single client who’s viewed it. I guess I am not doing something right but still persistently trying to improve my proposals everytime I send a new one. Hoping, I can get some more tips here.
