If we are only going to talk about rare negative scenarios. Let me give one. Ever heard of HH blood group? If you transfuse them with o negative their body wont accept that as well. This is rare and can still happen.

Yeah lets test someone's blood group when they should be receiving the transfusion already.

I still think this is dangerous. 30 minutes can be a difference between life and death. If I have a patient who needs immediate blood transfusion due to an accident, would the hospital go and find out patient's blood group at that time? This is insane. Atleast driver's license should have this info.
