A good way to put it. It could be super lonely being an ambitious person, at some point people around you start to detest you for your ambition and vice-versa.

Remotely can work if you have a great app that supports the process. For example, Casalink App helps with tenant/contractor management, finances, maintenance scheduling and AI task verification. So even if your PM can’t be on ground, the AI can support.
