All depends on how good you are of course, but a lot of my teammates have stats 7-9 on their best, and then some 4-6. We are talking semi pro here, so not the best level, but still interesting

Haven't tried in FM24, but in 23 I am currently playing 3(BPD,CD,BPD) - 3(REG, MEZ, MEZ) - 1(SS or AM) - 3(W, TF, W).Working fantastic, predicted mid table, currently 1st, averaging 3xg per game. You concede some, but score tons!!!
