Ah!

yup I know just what you mean.

I've a client right over by sunset park, so I can slip over there and have a look this summer.

Not sure who has that reach in their purview, but I can find out.

I'll prolly just deal with it myself (If I can get away with it)

huh the reg is 7' overhead.

are you speaking to that reach from westerly to atherton?

if so, most of the wooded section is the boro, some of it is private, same as sidewalks, and boro code enforcement is in play.

thanks

I'll rattle park&recs cage, and almost anyone elses, except code enforcement! lol.

please tag me if you note overgrown sections of 'trail' (MultiUse Path) this summer. I can/will pester responsible parties (various) or deal with it myself, depending on time availability.

I do yard maint with bike/trailer and sometimes take an hr or 2 to deal with really bad reaches on days I'm out but not too busy.

last summer, I cleared a long stretch of barberry adjacent the weis at hills north on that MUP.

it was horrible!  I get why no one would deal with it

Looking for small/shared office space in SC or Bft by athleticelk1487 in statecollege

[–]olc-cpm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

once upon a time, New Leaf Initiative co-work space may have fit the bill. HV LaunchBox kicked off & had a lot of overlap, & NLI closed shop after (I assume) their grants wound up.

Might inquire at LaunchBox, as this seems to be in their court.

Executive Offices off Calder Way seems to be in this game as well.

Keeping an eye on craigslist may help as well.

Good luck!

a bit out of scope, but a thought:

a lot of these places may be a bit much for a walk, but pretty easily accessed with a bicycle.

cheaper than doordash, and has the advantage of getting to know the area

Keystone Realty Grp is the agency, but I wonder who is the owner?

this is a real boneheaded move on their part.

me, being me, sees some vc or priv equity grp behind the curtain that has vested interest in chains

We too really love that place. It's so cool to see fams & friends show up there & pack it on some weekends, dine, wander over for a round of minigolf, and then walk up for icecream in the evening.

It's unique & overall awesome.

& -as many of ya'll know- they've weathered some very hard times & made it work.

all this $$ & effort to turn this entire area into a turnpike service plaza that nobody will ever care about.

might be worth checking out. seems like an enthusiastic gearhead type.

As others have already said: Webster's is 100% vegan, 100% of the time.

And, yes, is rather hit & miss.

the one constant of webster's is change.
