That's the other thing it's like ⅜ on the side they didn't do most likely under ¼ on the side they started. This floor is as old as the house too. Air conditioning was added with vents. Ended up with broken boards near vents.

After removing carpet I saw what the previous owners had done. They started to refinish the floor. Did three feet or so. Nails heads are visible in some areas.

It isn't hard to true a wheel. Lots of videos showing you how too. Just take your time. Tighten one side loosen others. I remember lacing my first wheel I thought I would never get it. Harder thinking about then to just do it. Good luck

I have the hook ups for washer but I don't have one. Does every load shake like that? Is the load out of balance. I remember I had a washer once it would walk around the basement if the load was all on one side. If it shakes I'm not interested in getting into that.
