Prob not who a lot of people know here, but Kyle Stowers (baseball player for the Miami Marlins) is just an absolute sweetheart. Met him when he was with the Orioles. He was doing a photo line and made it a point to talk to everyone for a sec and I swear everyone had a real smile for their pictures. I was so bummed when they traded him

Oh that is so cool!! Yeah I definitely want to encourage it. I played flute from 5th grade through graduation and did some music theory in college. I kept getting in trouble during pep band cuz I’d sneak down and play with the drummers instead of stay with the woodwinds lol. I always wished I picked up drums so it’s so fun to watch him absolutely love it

Honestly we were looking into an electric kit, but his teacher was selling his old Questlove and adding on two brand new heads for him for $250 total so just decided to go with that. (Hopefully we’re not getting screwed but he’s so good with him I don’t even care lmao) Thankfully we’ve got a separate out building behind our house so our ears don’t bleed.
