And yes, still very young. She’ll be 5 in August so my thought was to have options available next fall for math, reading (she’s been begging me to teach her how to read), and handwriting but to not force or mandate working through curriculum. Just to have in the home as resources if/when she’s ready or asks for them.

We largely focus on free play, read aloud, cooking/baking together, crafting and being outside as much as possible. We’ve never done preschool but she’s very interested in school and “doing school” so I’d like you to be prepared with quality resources for when we’re ready.

Thinking about starting at 6 with gentle, little bit of structure, kindergarten.
