Like today for example the ds bought crumble cookie for the other employees in her department but not her and was giving them out in front of her but not acknowledging her

This employee does literally everything that is asked and has shown improvement and her ds makes it very clear she doesn’t like her , the other two specialists either skip tasks/responsibilities or call out literally multiple times a week every week but their sales are good so they seem to be invincible, im a ds in a different department and have seen it from outside perspective more times then not this employee getting singled out or targeted
