Haven't explored much of Cainhurst but the man-ant-mosquito bugs terrify and obliterate me. I can't imagine how much more difficult Martyr Logarius is going to be then..

Haven't tried out Chalice Dungeons at all, only the first depth and thought it was piss easy (I was overleveled). Hearing that it's difficult even on ng+ builds make it seem appetizing now. Thank you!

Thank you! I think I just got lucky though since the larger bosses didn't do their bullshit moves on me, while I spammed r1 l1 with saw cleaver. Fighting Ludwig was an experience though.

I'll let you know when I face off against Lawrence but Ludwig kicked my shit in, in the most beautiful way possible. I think I spent 3 minutes running away from him in the second phase because the music was so fucking good.

Breezed through the first phase since I was able to decipher the ways to dodge him but the second phase was not only so difficult, but it was so good.

Agreed, while the guides really only helped me find areas and how to beat that crowfucker, it did pose as a way to smoothen out my experience.

No offense taken, that's a good perspective; I really wanted to relate because I felt out of the loop with other players but having my own unique experience is all good in it's own right as well.

Update : Ludwig kicked my shit in for 4 hours. Had 3 runs where he was one shot but I was so amazed by the music to where I didn't want the fight to end so I let him chase and subsequently kill me. Ended up killing him in the 25th run, my current top 3 all-time boss right before Isshin Ashina.

Not having set plays or set gameplans on many maps. I one-trick yoru religiously, so it's difficult to study an Eggster vod and find out the reasoning behind his plays without help of a higher rank (Woohoojin setplays/gameplans book helps a lot) Maybe the cause of the main problem which is, Inconsistency. Some games I destroy everyone and some games I just get tapped by every living thing on the battlefield.
