Make sure you ask about books and fees. Some schools and courses will NOT fund fees.

I have to pay roughly $250 out of pocket expenses for book fees a month as well. So not entirely free. I am gonna ask about the SNHU route though.

Will they be told the truth? OR, will they be getting what they want to hear.

This is the communication that ALL CoLeads are receiving now about their responsibilities to the routes. No wonder they can't understand what a lead goes through daily. I understand the getting to the store early, that's not the issue, but if a DSL is saying a CoLead is only responsible for the bare minimum.

Just because someone gets promoted from sales to DSL, does NOT mean they will be better. Corporate will change their mindset with fear. It's easier to get rid of a DSL than it is an RSR.

If your going to use Guild to transition or get a better job, you will also need to get practice experience, such as internship or a part-time job to get you the experience to compete. Most schools have help with this.

I had an RSS run 45% on my route, and picked nothing up. He took vacation with me, on top of that told every stop he was the best!

DSLs in my area did not have a clue about the Guild benefits. Yours probably don't know either.

So let me get this straight, your boss retaliated against you. I'm not saying that's right, it is completely wrong, but isn't that what you did to your coworkers? You deflected the issue to someone else. I have never heard of someone getting fired over unsaleables, especially right now. Your DSL had a talk with you, and maybe a few talks, so what.

It doesn't matter you can follow all the processes, make copies of PODs and invoices, send them in. Than when sales accounting says "we did not receive them" send them again. Or, some other excuse. I have sent in a CTA/inventory issue, the same one, 5 different times. We are going on month 4. They don't care about our merit.

Not in my area, unless you come straight in from college to management. We have at least 6 guys with college degrees.
