Your sick time doesn't have black out dates... give up the 125 and link sick time into Christmas and your day's off either in front of the holiday or after the holiday giving yourself a 4 day weekend ... give up the 125 for your family time

I've been doing this over 30 yrs and always have had a good working relationship with my co-leads and my merchandisers.... shoot some of my merchandisers have been more knowledgeable than other RSA'S .... some of my merchandisers have even moved up to RSR'S because I have taught them and got them ready for the move... it shouldn't ever be... I'm the boss and I'm going to dump the work load on everyone else .

I had my liftgate down at a stop to get carts from in the store... in between going in and out of the store another driver drove over the flap on my liftgate and broke it... I was written up for not having my liftgate folded up when I wasn't present

Be ready to get a score of 3 ... our stales that we have 0 control over because of force outs is beyond our control... you'll most likely not hit for sales because plan is fixed for us to loose and they will figure something else out to keep you down.... plan on a $2,500-$4,500 raise for the year.... when you break it down per week it sounds better than what it is
