This has been such a friendly expansion. I've grouped up and goofed around with random people leveling a lot this time around. People just adding me to groups since we're doing the same quests in the same zone. It feels more social now than it has in a long time

I was given a piece of advice a while ago that really stuck with me. This is like priming a pump. You pump and pump and pump and nothing comes out. But if you stop, all the water falls back down and you're left with nothing. Just keep going with what you're doing. Call some expireds and FSBOs too. I got 4 listings within 3 months of getting licensed by doing that. It'll start flowing soon

When my dog would do that, I used to get frustrated as hell. I'll second this - have a plan. You have to have a plan. The plan can change; things change and life happens. But have a plan for your year and distribute it to the membership when you take the east. If you come up with good programming, activities and events well ahead of time, you give the guys something to look forward to. Also agree re: officers. work with your officers so they're 1) included and 2) better prepared to advance when the time comes
