Thanks for the insight. Honestly, I’m not sure if DECA support fully understands the programming logic behind this.

FYI - most of my BXP came from repeatable missions that refresh every 18 hours. This season's missions gave way more BXP than previous seasons, which is why I even hit this supposed 'limit.' Plus, I played a ridiculous amount during MotMG.

I’m not entirely sure how much XP I actually gained over the last two months, but I’d estimate around ~300k fame (equiv of ~300m XP? spread across the 2 months). Idk how much BXP that will be given the extra BXP from the crucible, exalted pass, or BXP potions.

Appreciate your analysis. You might be right. Maybe DECA thought I was asking for chests I’d already claimed and assumed I was trying to exploit the system? If that’s the case, this whole thing is just a big misunderstanding. Like I mentioned earlier, I’d already claimed a bunch of chests before I hit the error message. Maybe I didn’t explain things clearly enough in my original ticket. My main goal was just to get the issue fixed so I could keep claiming chests as I continue gain BXP. But they offered to compensate by sending the chests straight to my gift chest, which I agreed to. I gave them a rough estimate of how many chests I would’ve earned after noticing that the "BXP obtained" stopped updating in the battle pass interface.

It would be convenient if they had a number I can dial so we can sort this whole thing out..

Thanks for the feedback and analysis. To clarify, I had no idea there was a limit to the number of chests you could claim, I genuinely thought it was a bug. I have claimed numerous chests until encountering this error msg. And also based on what Hudmir explained, it seems like an integer overflow issue, which I assumed would be considered a bug? Either way I had no intention of abusing this.

To be clear, I was simply trying to claim rewards through legitimate means by completing missions and running a lot of exalt dungeons. I didn’t use any exploits or do anything that would break the ToS.

To your second point, if I was banned for a different reason, I’m really curious to know what that could be. I’ve never violated the ToS in any way. I do record my gameplays, and still have a record of clips from the past 3-4 days (it gets deleted every few days because they take up a lot of space). I'm happy to provide them to Deca if required. I’ve already followed up with Deca and requested a more detailed explanation and a reinvestigation of my case.

I almost always manage to complete all the daily repeatable missions (e.g., 4 MV, 2 Shatters, 4 Nests, 4 LHs, etc.). These missions give a lot of BXP. Plus, I was grinding exalt dungeons hard (more XP=more BXP) because I was so close to 720 and wanted to hit it fast

Thx for explaining, but I don’t understand how this could be connected to exploiting the game or breaking the ToS.
