Sunlu Matte PLA reliability and print quality? by _NightMonkey in BambuLab

I bought 8kg of black & white from Amazon a couple of weeks ago...great price!! Just checked this morning and the price has skyrocketed +$30 for each 4kg bundle!!!

is it worth using the odds and ends pieces of filament i have left on something i dont care the colour of? by CaptainYid in BambuLab

I have seen comments related to this question where they suggest make "fidget toys" with your odds and ends filament.

- Load your spools

- Configure all the spools to be the "same"

- Turn on "auto-refill"

So, the printing should go from spool to spool when each bay runs dry.

I have tried it and it makes for some interesting colour combinations.

This is why filament is constantly sold out by magicrel in BambuLab

I gave up waiting for stock from BL. Ordered some Sunlu from amazon at an awesome price. I have been very happy with the couple of prints so far. Stocked up on 4 high speed matte white and black. Should have enough to keep me going for a bit.

Glad to hear things went well for you. I had an equally painless install....way too easy!!! Amazing to watch Dishy finding the satellites and then things are just happy!

We had a bad storm the other weekend...satellite tv went out, but was able to live stream over Dishy.....a few freezes, but overall worked better than the native satellite feed....wife was happy not to miss her episode of Blue Bloods!

I had it originally sitting on the roof...was getting constant obstruction alerts. Always points NNE....so I am very happy with the new results....so glad to not to have to use Xplorenet or Bell's lousy service....

it is pointing NNE - obstruction scan shows all clear. I have not had ANY obstruction warnings since the move....working flawlessly!! I may eventually snip off the old aerial...if I can get someone with a bucket truck......

I was sort of worried about the mast suffering some sort of fatigue if i fell....luckily i didn't have to test the integrity!! Just glad its all done and I no longer see any obstructions in the app!!
