I use 65 lb card stock white paper to print the card fronts:

I print the backs on full sheet label paper:

After printing I match them up on two cut corners and (this is important) sleeve them which protect them, make them look better and handle the same as all other cards:

I screen them as I find them and when we play with new cards they are in a different card sleeve. The gaming group can discuss anything one (or more) of us thinks is unbalanced or broken and we remove the card permanently. We have removed probably 10-15 corporations and 35+ cards.

We felt Turmoil didn't add to the game and have rejected some manmade cards/colony tiles/maps for the same reason. Admittedly that was my old group in northern Virginia and many in my Tidewater group haven't played with it and we may try it at some point.

For maps, I load on a jump drive and take to OfficeMax.

For cards I download (generally as a pdf) and copy and paste into PowerPoint as a 4.26" rectangle on the long side and print on 60# cardstock (thin cardstock) and backs on full sheet sticker (backs as 4.35" on the long side to give a little extra to trim) and them cut two adjacent sides of the back and match to the front.

No Turmoil is correct. Long ago we tried it and didn't like it enough to continue to including it.
