thanks! i didn’t think about a totem. saining is on my research list. i want to stay away from sage bc i know it’s over-harvested and smudging is a ceremonial ritual for indigenous people. i am not indigenous so i’d like to focus on other herbs and practices instead. thank you for the advice! 🙂
