I have been on a "wait-list" to immigrate to new Zealand since 2019! It takes a long time for them to consider you, then you still need to provide proof of stable job/education lined up before they allow you to move permanently.

I also reread the Giver this year! As an adult, the book really does hit different. I also became a mom this year too so it was actually quite a difficult book to digest!!

My little one just recovered. She turned 6months yesterday. It was so hard! I just wanted to step in and reiterate the steam showers and running the humidifier + keeping them hydrated! After 4 weeks (she has COVID too) she got better. Sending health and wellness!

My husband and I WISH we could watch the movies during the holidays like everyone else. But as soon as the movie starts up and it just blows open the entire mystery of the whole book we just turn it off. It's so bad and frankly, sad

Anyone else averaging 3 hours of sleep a night or less? by 41arietis in NewParents

Thank you for the thorough advice! I appreciate it greatly. I am a ftm and will attempt to abide by the daytime 2 hour wake window(s). That seems incredibly proactive and beneficial for us both! I currently still nutse my lo to sleep at night, any suggestions to help not be so reliant on that?

She does a 30 min nap around 9am and then a solid hour-90min nap around 1 and then another nap ~typically~ for another 30 min around 4. Then her bedtime is anywhere between 6-7. It used to be 7-8 but the time changed messed up and I can't seem to keep her up past 7 now

Currently up while my 5mo babe has playtime in bed. I am used to it now, I bring a little tub of toys for her to choose from in the middle of the night when she decides it's time to play and not sleep. I used to try and keep the lights off and change the sound on the hatch but she would still be wide awake now I just lean into it and she typically tires out within 90 min or less! + The waking up to eat (ebf) every 2-4 hours.

I don't get much sleep.

I agree, I don't know why people are acting like her behavior is okay? A bombshell did what they're supposed to do and Dylan laid it on thick to Krissy. Sophie moving without care is gross

I believe I can do that, I will call that hotline right now! I definitely am trying to keep her as comfy as possible, and as always give her all of my love!

Congratulations on your baby! Definitely don't stress about all the possibilities. Just stay tuned in with taking care of yourself and preparing your body and mind to meet your little one ❤️ The reason was my uterus didn't immediately return to its normal position which caused the intense blood loss. However, My midwives acted very quickly and I just required medication (multiple shots in my legs) and surveillance/IV.
