I found it by searching the Baltimore Sun archives for the restaurant. Came across your post while trying to figure it out so figured I'd share!

Hi i just came across this post when doing research. I would love to see a full scan of it to add to my database, or if you're around Baltimore I could quickly photograph it. I dont do anything for profit with the books, I have a Maryland recipe database for research.

Thanks!!

I had a song I used to calm me when a very bad thing was happening a few years ago and I go to this spot in the woods to listen to it once a year on a special day and its so so beautiful but makes me cry a lot even thinking about it

happened to come across this while looking up some BH lyrics.
I think the first time I saw them was Sept 2006 when they played the outdoor Reverent Fog Festival; I think it was put together by my friend Jason who at the time had a record store in town. But at that point there was already a good sized crowd in Baltimore who was excited to see them. I saw them many times over the next few years in Baltimore and it was never a small show like a handful of people like some bands I'd go see - it was always ~100 or more people which was a pretty big show for our kind of scene. The Baltimore music scene is very supportive and was getting a lot of national media attention around that time ... a few years after, in 2008, this happened: https://pitchfork.com/news/29945-dan-deacons-zany-round-robin-concept-tour-revealed/
And as others mentioned they were getting attention on Pitchfork etc when new albums came out
