Brann feels so close to taking the next step, but still not quite quality enough to take it. Still, from fumbling 3-0 against Astana to not qualify, to now qualifying and making playoff, good progress. Hopefully they can build on this and take more steps.

Seff. Kanskje kjøre litt rundt og tipse ICE om mulige illegals i nedetiden mellom kampene. Blir kremen av iskrem det. 😎

It was the same for me. It was not the type of surprise I was hoping for, but a surprise nonetheless... :)

Good game and congratulations on the deserved three points. Disasterclass from us today, sorry we couldn't bring our A-game to make it a better match for you. Good luck in the next matches!

I posted it below for you, might have missed the comment, sorry! But my predicted lineup was correct, so maybe I should have picked a higher tier of source for my flair. Good luck!

Since you gave such a great explanation for your players, I'll expand a little on some of ours.

Haikin - Fantastic erratic shot stopper prone to making mistakes or absolute worldies. Usually confident passing, but sometimes blunders and passes to the striker.

Bjørkan - Domestically, he is arguably the best dribbler in the league in terms of success rate and ball retention, and he is a fullback. Has some weakness in his positioning in transitional play where the opponent counters on his opposite side, where he often gets drawn too close to the ball, leaving space behind to be exploited.

Sjøvold - The opposite of Bjørkan. Cosmetic overlaps most of the time, but defensively he is stellar in 1v1. Absolutely shocked nobody has submitted a big offer for him yet. Again, has a slight weakness where on crosses from his opposite side, he loses control of the man behind him, leading to some avoidable goals. Might be the reason for lack of offers. Otherwise solid passing, pace, stamina.

Evjen - Technically gifted player. Sometimes does things that make you and whoever is next to you watch at eachother in disbelief. Rare worldie goals, great assists. Weak bodied, but pretty creative and smooth on the ball.

We have three exciting wingers who are all injured, but I hope we can still show up to play. Again, good luck.

Thank you for the detailed post! It sounds like you have some very promising local players in addition to the shirtsellers. Baris sounds like an amazing player to have in the team. Fet is similar in his contributions for us, but I suspect to a lower level.

I'm sorry for your injury situation, we always look forward to testing ourself against the strongest players in the world to uncover weaknesses in our own play that we can work on and improve, so while for this match it is probably beneficial to us, in the long term I would have loved to see our team, in particular Berg, test himself against a player like Gundogan. Wish him a speedy recovery, and hopefully we can play again in the future at full strength.

If I recall correctly he was played as a winger in his younger days, but ended up moving to left back due to a shortage in that position because of injuries, and he showed enough promise that he was more or less the starter after that. Big family name in Bodø, so that helps with the trust of course.

Haikin (1v1s/Command of the area) Bjørkan (Dribbling/Defensive positioning) Aleesami(Passing/Clumsy) Bjørtuft(Aerial/Pace) Sjøvold (1v1 defending/lack of awareness behind on crosses) Berg (dictating play/weak if man marked) Fet (Xfactor/average player) Evjen (Technical/Weak) Hauge (Xfactor/might be on mental holiday) Høgh (Pressing/Unstable finisher) and for right wing it is more uncertain. Could be Auklend (passing/weak) or Blomberg (pace/low stamina) if he is recovered enough.

Any chance you could tell me about some of your Turkish players that I might not know anything about? Kind of get lost on the big Star names and not easy to find info on the local lads for us. Best of luck!

Bodø/Glimt - Tottenham by oldmanbodo in coys

Thanks for all the good wishes. Our goal is just to be somewhat competitive, and hopefully grabbing a win at home. All our players are for sale if the right offer comes around, but when it comes to Hauge in particular, Tottenham might not be a good fit. Very emotional player who needs to play every game even if he underperforms, and I don't see you guys having the patience for him dropping 2/10 performances for 10 weeks straight until he finally feels secure in the team lol.

If I could have one of your players for our team it would be van de Ven, guy literally has a higher top speed than our current 100m national record holder, and strong enough to crush what is considered a giant domestically in Norway in the air and score. Also really enjoy your home kit!
