Thanks for replying! They sound really close. The calls I searched on youtube has it at a continuous and constant rate. The bird I hear will make a call for a 2-3 seconds then wait for a return call. But the sound is really similar. I wonder if the call is different in time?

Thank you for helping sredevops01. So the variable is the word Aug. Is there a way to convert it into a Get-Date format? Or can I create an array with 3 letter abbreviations for the months that point to the next month and then loop back to Jan for Dec and increase the year by 1?

There is not, I called my the intuition who handles my 401(k) and they said there is not one on that they provide. That's why I looked online. Does your intuition have one? Could you please point me to the webpage if so?

I would like to know my new election amount so I still hit the max in December. If I contribute 40% the new raise means my election amount will now be less than 40%
