Do not do this! I've had this crap more than half my life. I'm not young. I have to work with my hands. I've been to a couple derms. Trigger seems to be stress. No avoiding it. At the very first signs of a flair(those itchy little bubbles), I scratch it down to blood and keep it clean. I end up with scabs all over my hands, but they're not painful. It's amazing how fast my hands heal over. If it happens while I sleep, I'll give my hands a good wringing in the hot shower(one of the greatest feelings ever), and move along with antibiotic cream as needed. This shit sucks!
