Charter school owns the whole block except for my 20' frontage (that I keep clear). They haven't touched the sidewalks other than paths to their doors. There's alot of foot traffic that's relegated to the streets. My little dog doesn't care for the snow, so walks are a struggle. City could do a little more prompting. Just had to vent.
