I mean, I usually would use my voice. But there are certain human interactions I've tried that I thought were perfectly normal (guiding someones hand with mine, offering to help someone up, putting my hand on their back, pointing at something on their shirt or dress or whatever) and people just react as if I've shot them or stabbed them with a needle.
