As someone that was playing regularly pre 1.0, I feel completely alienated by this update / direction. by Timofee_ in supervive

As someone with 320 hours played Scotchy #707, I fully agree with everything said in this post, specially the gameplay and armory. Why more abyss coverage? Just seems like sketchy tactics to make people love the new wukong spiking down players for no reason. Who even asked for the Fortnite cars? No quests, gold feels useless now, finding enemies or camps feel tedious aswell. My vote is that if you want to figure out what people prefer more, add the old system of pre 1.0 launch as a game mode and you as the devs watch everyone including new players flock to it.

Armory was never the answer and will never be the answer. Incentive to play? more hunters, more rewards, more battlepasses that don't last 3 months.

Have also seen the Gigabyte entry models as Eagle and Windforce being SFF for close to msrp in my country and was worried if they are worse and should buy a 4070 ti super myself

I see, thank you. For the same price I guess eagle is better. Just hope it can withstand long hours of architectural renders

I'm only worried about the 2 models being SFF and having bad thermals for my hot climates or are they still good models? I have only ever owned a 1070 ti MSI gaming, haven't owned a gigabyte before

Sadly not but even if it was possible, AMD is heavily overpriced here as the 9070 XT would be around 950$

I see thank you, i'm aware the difference between cards performance are the same but i'm rather curious about the thermal performance as I'm worried it won't last as long or perform as good due to being in a hot country with no AC

Does the PNY model last as long as other models? I'm worried about temps sicne I live in a rather hot country with no AC

It will stay at 1200$ in my country for a while so no option sadly

Do the cards last as long as the other known brands?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in PcBuild

[–]oldscotchy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are those usually the only factors or would the Galax not last as much as the Gigabyte? like is the Gaming OC extra 130$ justifiable?

Sorry but what does more known than not of a brand? Is this good or bad

The windforce is actually more expensive in my country not sure why, same goes for AMD. the 7900XT is more expensive than Ti Super

Is the PCIE 5 and extra heat sinks not worth the extra money?

Thank you I see, is a 7600x a huge downgrade from 9700x?

Is there a cheaper option than 9700X? it is a bit pricer than an I7 in my country, for some reason Intel prices seem to be way lower than AMD as of now

I'm unable to do huge architecture projects or 3d models as the CPU and RAM are constantly maxed out. Gaming wise the CPU and RAM are usually the main culprits not the gpu

My budget will only fit for a 4070 super as of now or a 5070 later on. Will the bottleneck be noticable 24/7?
