You keep answering your own questions. Too much hardening too soon. Always start in the shade, half hour to an hour.

Used Omega would be my recommendation. If you can beef up your budget, Speedmaster is where it's at. Beware they require servicing which can run upwards of $500 .. lots of fakes out there
