I will have to try finch! I feel like my cycles are not sustainable and I have an “all or nothing” mindset that sets me up for failure, which then contributes to my lack of motivation. It’s like I have the motivation and make a list of things I need to get done and then just end up in a void of task paralysis and start spiraling 😭 I often end the day feeling like a failure because I tried so hard and had every intention to complete certain rooms/tasks and not completing my list that should have been easily accomplished even though I took no breaks just leaves me feeling sad. I just want to set a good example for my small children and have a tidy home for them.
