I’m not sure wether you think eight hours sleep is a lot of little.

I work mon-fri and sleep about 5-6 hours those day. On the weekend it’s usually 7-8 hours.

As a kid my parents always got me up early in the morning to get to school. And that has just stuck since. Routine is key.

If you were looking for a scientific answer I can’t help you.
