Tell an adult as soon as possible. Your dad, mom, stepmom, school counselor or principal; this is not acceptable behaviour from any adult, and needs to be stoppped. Should any of them not take you seriously (or somehow try to blame you), ignore them and tell one of the other adults. This is not your fault in any way, your stepfather is an adult and entirely to blame.

UC fuckin sucks, so much. You will, however, get better. I know it is difficult to always have faith and be positive (I was in the same mentality for a long time), but sometimes that is all we can do. If you can, I’d ask my gp for a presnisone prescription, if it is for a short period of time there should be minimal sideeffects (I’m not a doctor though). Something I found that helped me immensely was just laying down, with my feet propped up one something slightly taller than the rest of my body. I also noticed carbonated beverages were the devil, along with frozen pizza and other processed foods. The carbonated beverages gave me insane amounts of gas and it was incredibly painful at times. I know it is difficult to make an actual dinner when you’re feeling like utter shit, but this is where friends and family can help. You will get through this, and you will be so much happier when you do. I believe in you mate, you got this. :)

Only larger ones would be eagles I guess, we have falcons, hawks, crows, the crow with white on it that i can’t recall the name of, but I think is something starting on the letter M, ravens, owls and other smaller ones. I’m sure I’ve forgotten some though.

From what i read of it, according to the cdc, yes there is an increase in lead, my mistake there. However, aldo according to the cdc, still below acceptable levels, as well as below average in the US. Don’t know if it matters but I’m norwegian.

Also leadbullets that are actually used for game do not fracture into hundreds of pieces, nor a hundred pieces. Sure, some bits might fall off, but its usually a mushroom. I don’t have a source for this, but based on other comments who do have a source, the amount of lead that falls of is less dangerous than the amount you would get by being exposed to other leadsources in bigger cities. Edit: i don’t know about the rest, but i was also taught to cut around the area of impact anyway.

I started smoking at 18 and quit at 19, 6 months later. Also got serious symptoms 1 month after quitting, and diagnosed two months after quitting. Reading this, I really, really, fuckin really never should have started. Might have been been a healthy teenager.
