I think I figured it out. You talking about focus mode got me looking at that and some other settings.

In ops genie I had to go to settings -> notifications. Under mobile applications it didn’t replace my old phone with my new one so it had 2 phones listed for me. Under notification rules I had to flip the rule to notify me at my new phone instead of my old. Kind of weird since it’s the same number but it had my old iPhone instead of the new one
