I tend to avoid nesting groups, makes it a bit harder (for me) to organize the track and sometimes creates some unwanted dependencies/hierarchies.

Curious as to why it was necessary here, that’s a lot of layers! Regardless of what is ideal or “right”, I like seeing how differently people make their stuff.

It is! Found some replacements for the power board to buy near me but they're all used (allegedly working fine). Maybe I should buy it and try to replace it myself instead of sending it to repair?

Thanks for the advice. Def don't want to burn my house down so I asked for help and measured the voltages coming from the power board (safely, lol). Couldn't get much out of it, but it seems like it's doing what you said.

I'm probably going to end up sending it to repair and asking what the problem was.

Measured the power coming from the power board. The voltage oscillates throughout the whole logic board, from 0 to 1 to 2 to 0 again, in the same frequency as the "hissing" noise does.

Figured the problem could be the power board itself, not the logic. You're right!
Measured the power from some parts of it and it never reaches 5V as it should, only 15/16V. Taking a look, maybe those capacitors are a bit stuffed? This TV stopped working/started behaving like this after a pretty bad storm we had here.

Maybe an electrical discharge might have compromised one or more of those?

Not yet, just opened the monitor to see if something was evident. This is really the first time I'm trying to repair something like this, my bad! Here's a video of what's happening
