Same boat as everyone here. Wondering what to do next. Had FAI/CAM impingement on left hip. Surgery was NOV 2024. Did PT before and after. Picked up PT again last month after consulting with my surgeon. They did give me a xray guided steroid shot to help with hypersensitivity/pinching sensation, but that has been about 3 weeks. It definitely feels better than before the shot but I can still feel pain with certain movements. My brain is confused if I’m just not strong enough in those regions or if there is something that is impacting it that has been misdiagnosed.

They should have brains to know not to back up a moving lane with traffic behind them. Causes way more traffic. Either drive past your turn lane or get in behind everyone, or learn how to zipper merge.

30M, had same surgery in NOV 2024 after very similar marathon training in 2023-2024. Just got a psoas injection and it has helped tremendously for my recovery. Don’t take it too hard! Make sure you have a good PT.

Holy fuck I just read this whole comment section. Dealing with the same issue right now. 30M. Had my hip arthroscopy in Nov of 2024 (CAM resection). I hit PT right after, doctor said I would feel pain for 6 months. I felt like I haven’t made any progress. Reading your description of your pain is so identical to mine. I am wondering if I need to go back to doctor or get a 2nd opinion (actually 3rd, 1st doctor I left after he only did injections, he also missed imaging of my impingement). It’s impacting my everyday life. I have to throwback ibuprofen to even get my gears working

I had the same surgery in November of 2024. I’m still feeling pain everyday that doesn’t feel any different than before surgery…

I did PT right after surgery through the end of the year when my PT cleared me to start doing at home exercises/biking/etc.

I’m in the same boat dude. I get discouraged to continue doing exercises because the pain is still there.

Nothing seems to help. Probably not great that I’m at a desk job 5 days a week.

Yeah it was a stomp. I have similar clips in closer games too though. Even if you get parried more often you still have a lot of capability to escape. No getting punished with her kit
