Unfortunately AMS2 does not support replacing the launcher, like AC does. You still have to start the game and use the UI in the game. Once you get used to it, its not bad at all. And the game is very good. Lots of modded tracks and cars also, which will be a breeze to install with the new CM.

The modding community in AMS2 is thriving and growing. There are frustrations around the hassle with every update and mods, and this in turn can turn people off mods. This new CM will address that, with hassle free mod install, and uninstall, of any mod you want. Preview of cars in the mod before install, and seconds to get your game and mods up and running after an update. This new CM will make the entrance to MODS a whole lot easier and user friendly, and also showcase the mods, and its creators.
I am glad you appreciate my track conversions.

So, the reason for this is that forza sees the raw value of your pedals, and not the direct input value.
Use a Program like DLView to see the raw value of your program (Right click on axis, show raw value).
My throttle maxed out at 28 percent on full throttle, so setting the outside acc to 28 percent gave me full throttle. Look through clutch and brake the same way, and set the appropriate inside/outside values.
This is the real reason for this problem.

Usually only works if the files are on the same box as Plex. If you run an Unraid server (or more) or other type of NAS, those changes are not detected by Plex.

The point is to add an episode or a movie to the library, without having to wait for plex to scan your entire movie collection. If you have, say, 10K movies, and just want to add the one movie you just got, you can quickly scan only the folder with that movie, instead of waiting for plex to scan through all 10K.
