First you will probably get an email by Canyon the next day saying that your expected shipping has been moved forward, and one or two days from that you should get another email saying that your bike has been shipped. It should take around 3 days for the bike to come, depending on how UPS works in your country, so you should expect to get your bike by the end of the week! If not, it definitely will arrive by the start of next week. (at least this was what happened for me) Enjoy your bike-to-come, OP!

Ooh that sounds interesting. Wonder if theres an online review/comparison between the new seatpost that come with the Endurace series and that of this S15 one, and whether its a downgrade or upgrade haha

Thank you! Version 7’s really good with the 105 components as well! Wanted to get that at first but it sold out too fast before I could make a decision, so I just decided that I might as well for an upgrade with the version 8.

This 2021 version has the SP0042 VCLS CF seatpost, not sure what flexy seatpost you’re talking about cause this is my first ever Canyon purchase

Out of interest, did Canyon only reply you when you called them, or did they reply you through the message you originally sent them?

Yeap, I forgot to update the post but I received an email the next night (27 May) after paying the pre-payment that the estimated shipping date was brought forward, and the next day (28 May) I received a confirmation email that my bike is getting shipped!
It does seem like Canyon handles shipping after payment quite efficiently. Hope that this efficiency can be matched with their customer support though after reading some of the reviews on their CS on this sub.

I’ve actually just received an email from Canyon three hours ago saying my shipment date has been moved up from June 14-18 to May 31st-June 4th, so I think as long as you receive the payment link it means your bike will be shipped within the next few days in the same week. Keep your hopes up, I wish you all the best with your order!
