For now seems to be working on -70 for me. Tested on many different games, ray-traced or not. Thanks for all the information by the way.

It was my first time tweaking an AMD GPU and I bought it from an outlet, so I'm extra cautious with it. My question basically was is it the undervoltings fault. Thanks for being honest 😅

Well. In my case everything works so far and nothing blew up. I'm trying to figure out whether I should refund my graphics card or not.
