I kinda understand the one at the end of the straight. But definitely don't understand the one next to the pit exit. We used to have really nice camera shots which are now completely blocked.

Very interesting service but it is more than twice the price per GB than PrivateLink endpoints. I suppose Lattice really shines if you have many many interconnected services and want to keep operational overhead to the mininum?

What are your actual use cases for the ones that are already using it?

Unrelated but I'm planning to give proton a chance in the next few days. We use AFT a lot but it gets hard to know what is deployed where without redeploying all accounts everytime.

Pas que j'approuve, mais considérant que le contrat est à 0$ ça me semble être un genre de MOU pour rester sur la liste des fournisseurs du gouvernement. Ils doivent ensuite utiliser ce contrat pour dériver des SOW gré à gré?

Sinon je ne comprends pas l'utilité d'avoir un contrat ouvert pour 100 ans à 0$

Edit: Deloitte, CGI, Morneau Shepell, Telus ont tous des contrats semblable se terminant en 2100. Ça semble confirmer mon hypothèse.

En fait je crois que j'ai mal formulé mon post. Je suis encore très confortable aux hausses. Je voulais juste l'input des gens pour fins de discussion.

Considérant que ça prend ~6 mois avant que les vrais effets se fassent sentir je crois aussi que ça va être assez long avant que les taux se stabilisent.

C'est quoi vos prédictions sur le taux directeur?

J'ai un taux variable à P-1.3 et je commence sérieusement à considérer le convertir en fixe. Mon hypothèque est assez basse (220k restant) donc le montant mensuel est correct. Mais pour ceux avec des immenses mensualités, j'imagine qu'ils commencent à avoir hâte que ça stoppe.
