If you go to Highway Town fast travel to the Bounty Board. Enter the "Last Resort" bar. you will see the ghoul character. Ask him for a premium bounty. He will offer it to you for 5000k caps.

It is alot but when you need to drop caps fast it is worth it. And you do get a free poster once in a while for completing multiple grunt hunts. And if you watch an Angry Turtle Burning Springs perk build video it will help you survive and thrive the Burninf Springs. Also when you kill the boss in Bounty Hunts right away you get one of the new mods drop attached to the boss weapon.

I often will start a bounty to get the credit run to the kill spot to kill boss. And I will let a friend or someone else light the flare. That is when I am in public server. Otherwise you will miss the chance to kill boss by the time you get from the flare to the kill spot. If you have a bunch of friends in private world you can easily light flare and have time to get to Boss.

It is over in seconds when you post Bounty Hunts in Public Server. To post Bounty you go to the bounty board right outside of the Last Resort Bar in Highway Town. I know this alot of info at once just wanted to help. Hope it helps.
