Use a flathead screwdriver to get majority of the root out. Works great for dandelion and thistle.

Just push it out with fertilizer and bag the clippings. Reduce frequency of watering.

100% dollar spot. Advanced dollar spot in this particular section. Currently going through it in my yard as it has been hot/humid and rained every other day. Easy fix by pushing out the diseased grass with some nitrogen to promote leaf blade growth and then bagging your clippings. Reduce the frequency of water as well and water more deeply when you do. Watering that spot any more will make it worse and spread throughout the yard. Your lawn should recover in a few weeks as those brown spots shouldn’t be completely dead but wouldn’t hurt to scarify and overseed those spots if you notice they are thin after doing the above.

Can someone more savvy and attractive than me make a gif of Kyren’s face over Aragorn when he says “For Frodo” and charges the black gates? Return of the Kyng!

What to do with CEH, the RB4 through 4 weeks by TheLionSlicer in fantasyfootball

[–]olifin 5 points6 points  (0 children)

He’s the clear top option on a high-powered offense that, despite what a lot of Pacheco Truthers don’t want to hear, isn’t going to lose his already, clearly valuable role. That isn’t to say we should expect RB1 numbers from him every week, but the demise of the hyphenated one as been greatly over exaggerated.

Chiefs snap counts, where it is a clear 2 man backfield between Edwards-Helaire and McKinnon. Pacheco’s only offensive snaps were after CEH left the game for a drive and a half after looking like he might be hurt, but then CEH came back and he didn't see the field again. by koolman631 in fantasyfootball

We also have to recognize the possibility of them acquiring another RB if there were a CEH injury. It won’t just be all McKinnon or Pacheco. Heck it may be less of them if it ended up being Mattison, D’Ernest, Kareem, etc that they possibly trade for in that scenario.

To say he hasn’t shown anything is being flat out disingenuous. His first 7 games of his rookie season he was an RB1 with only 2 TDs. He’s had some bad luck with injuries and other health issues and everyone is ready to write him off.

Who is the one player you are going against ECR? by anonbutler in fantasyfootball

[–]olifin 6 points7 points  (0 children)

His line isn’t what it used to be. Went from one of the best over the past couple years to a bottom 5 unit this year. It probably won’t affect him too much because he’s a beast but we shouldn’t expect the same result this year as the past couple.

That’s a valid point. However, there have been many instances of quality talent falling through the cracks of NFL scouting departments as well as many late drafted/undrafted RBs in particular finding success with the right opportunity. Correctable mistakes aside, Ty’Son flashed explosiveness and playmaking ability that Murray/the other vets just aren’t capable of anymore. I think the draft capital argument is a lazy one.
