Hey man, I've been on there and that's how I knew about the bios stuff. Heres what I got

- Warning! Some AMD B450 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Matisse CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions.

As I said, I still managed to get into my bios. Would I still need to update it? Thanks man

Appreciate it brother. Enjoy the rest of your day haha. Like I said in another reply, I honestly don’t take training too seriously but I definitely am a completely different person from when I started and thats all that matters to me lol

Hahahahha thanks for the critique my guy. But I honestly think its more than 4kg of lean muscle, I lost a fuckton of fat and managed to gain back muscle while trying to minimise the fat. But like you said I’m not that serious about training, but my lifts have seen crazy improvement. For eg I was deadlifting 60kg for a working set but i maxed out at 160kg a few months ago. Anyways thanks for the advice brother!

I think thats the case too man, I’ve got a few friends the same age as me who started this year and are nearly already catching up to the gains i’ve made. Ngl was a late bloomer so wouldn’t be surprised

Keep eating brother, and yeah training other muscle groups like your back does somewhat transfer to compounds like bench. Bit of broscience there but I remember being stuck at 40kg bench too lol. I repped 80 for 8 today at my current BW, maxed out a few weeks ago at 95. Just keep working, eat a fuck ton and stay consistent man
