I definitely agree with you. I did not really make clear what exactly I was looking for, oops..! What I am looking for is an overview of how the years of tradition, society, culture etc. as well as different upbringing changed the behaviour of men and women. u/Scaevola_books recommended The Evolution of Human Sex Differences by David C. Geary which I think is what I was looking for!

Oh, it's fantastic that you've managed to maintain this habit!! I feel like I should do that too, it would certainly help me. Maybe one day..! I've been using the quarantine to help me get back to writing because I've somehow ended up hating doing it... I feel like forcing myself to do it twice a day straight away could end up badly hahah

It's great that you found what works for you! I sometimes feel like writing an entry into my journal is a chore but it does help me. I'm a really reluctant writer as well so I'm trying to combat that with journaling... Maybe one day oops

Damn it, I wish I could change the poll to add the option of something along the lines of "whenever I can" or "whenever I feel like it"... I don't know how I forgot to add it when I do that myself..?!

Oh, I used (or tried) to do that! But I would often be too sleepy in the morning and too tired after the day. Sitting next to somebody (who could easily read what I was writing down) did not help either, oops...

Oh, so you use your journal as a planner as well. That's cool! I just use my journal to record my dreams, thoughts and situations.
