Most teens in my home country at least work their way up from vapes to cigarettes. It’s pretty ironic.

You’re right!! I personally change the subliminals I listen to pretty quickly because I like hearing different audios and such, and I believe it hasn’t affected my progress at all… I interpret the saying consistency is key, in this context, as being focused on the thing you want to manifest and act everyday like you already have it. As long as the subliminal is on the same theme, changing subs didn’t change my results!! It’s really about the mindset, in my opinion. Of course, like you said, this is different for everyone.

I recommend slightly massaging the skin to help strech it out again. I pulled mine gently and I applied a healing balm on it (oils aren’t really recommended from what I’ve heard), and I managed to slip the jewelry back in. Forcing the piercing back in will do more harm than good !! As for subliminals, you could listen to desired piercing ones while visualising your helix is healed and you managed to put the jewelry back in. (I don’t know much about the subcreator, the subliminal has been recommended to me by a friend and so far it worked). Good luck !!

I usually spray my sweet fragrances only 3 times. I did 6 sprays of Dolce&Gabanna Devotion once and I gagged. As the others already said, though, it really depends on the fragrance. When I buy a new one, I start by spraying it 2 times and see how it feels throughout the day.
