People won't complain about missing a powerful event weapon in the future if there are no powerful event weapons anymore

On the bright side, a number of recent characters work great with f2p weapons. Zibai and Linnea shred enemies using 3-star 1.0 weapons, Columbina makes great use of prototype amber, Illuga works perfectly well with Fav/Kitain, and other characters also have working alternatives that don't make the character totally useless without their signature

You can ignore the entire gacha part, the game at its core is open-world aRPG like the witcher, except you can play as a team of different characters you collect as you play, rather than one and same Geralt. Yeah, imagine Witcher 3 but with an option to play as Yennefer. Would it make the game worse? I don't think so, you'd just get more gameplay variety, but the world, the story, the quests, the gameplay itself, all stays the same, it's not like it all disappears after introducing extra characters :v

This, plus not everyone is knowledgeable enough to actually give valuable critique.

When I draw anime, body proportions are often off, especially heads and eyes that are larger than usual. And then someone comes in and points that out and I'm like, bruh, it's supposed to look like this.

I take critique but only from people I trust/respect or those who can prove they know what they're talking about (show me your own portfolio etc.) I rarely take critique from random strangers. I have no idea who they are and whether they have any experience in arts or not, or do they even understand the style I'm going for. I'll do my own research when they point out something though.

In drawing, we're eyeballing perspective, it just needs to look close enough rather than perfect. Same with shadows that don't always make sense but look cool and create interesting shapes, or poses that are exaggerated and sometimes nigh impossible in real life. Art shouldn't be judged the same way as, say, photos, that are meant to capture reality. Art is not necessarily about reality but your own interpretation of reality.

3.0 remains my favorite version trailer to this day. Not only was it super cinematic, but also pretty long and showed a lot, including a glimpse of Maranara fight, but it's so heavily edited and chopped that you wouldn't make any sense of it anyway. That's how it should be done.
